Shipping
WCS ships all in-stock orders within 24 hours. You will be notified if there are backorders. We ship UPS and Federal Express (large orders may be shipped by truck). Be sure to provide us with the correct Shipping Address. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for all duties and taxes. Shipping costs are available upon request. Air service is available for rush orders: Next Day, 2nd Day, & 3-Day.

Payment
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard & American Express), or Net 15 with credit approval. Signed purchase orders required for all Net 15 orders. All prices are subject to change without written notice or authorization. Overdue invoices are subject to an 18% annual interest charge (1-1/2% per month).

All prices are F.O.B. Fairlee, Vermont.

All catalog prices shown are in U.S. dollars.

Returns
Clean, unused merchandise will be accepted for exchange or store credit within 15 days. A restocking fee may be charged. Call prior to returning merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be carefully packaged, prepaid, and insured. Refunds do not include shipping charges. Please write the RMA# on the box and include the product invoice, reason for return, and choice of exchange or credit.


Warranty
For SPM metal and poly cord hinges, the warranty is for two (2) years from the date of purchase. For SPM Gold Fusion gate shafts the warrnaty is for 6 months from the date of purchase. World Cup Supply is not responsible for damage or breakage of hinges or shafts that is due to misuse or alterations of any kind by the customer. For replacement of warranteed hinges or Gold Fusion gate shafts, please call for a RMA# and if possible send the broken part and a copy of the origianl invoice.
