World Cup Supply Seeks Full Time Inside Sales/Customer Service Associates

 

For over 32 years World Cup Supply has provided the ski racing, resort and event communities with top quality products and exemplary customer service. Due to our continued growth in sales and expanding event schedule, we currently have openings for two full-time Inside Sales/Customer Service Associates in our Bradford, Vermont office. These fast-paced positions involve processing a variety of orders for ski teams, resorts and events including a number of other sales and customer service-related tasks.

The preferred candidates would possess a background in alpine ski racing or winter sports, however any related sales and service experience is valued. Experience with Quickbooks or similar software as well as MS Office is highly desirable. A sense of humor, high degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must. The anticipated start dates would be at the beginning of June.

Job Title: Inside Service and Sales Associate

Reports To: Service/Sales Manager

Job Location: Bradford, VT

 

Job Summary:

The World Cup Supply (WCS) Inside Service and Sales Associate is the first point of contact for WCS customers looking to learn more about our products, place orders or resolve product and service-related issues. Orders and inquiries are received via inbound email and telephone calls with follow-up communication. The Inside Service and Sales Associate along with all other WCS staff will also assist in other operational areas of the company when volumes dictate.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process quote requests and orders
  • Answer product/service-related questions
  • Manage custom orders
    • provide custom order process information and quotes
    • obtain and process customer provided artwork and mock-ups
    • manage custom order flow with WCS vendors
    • perform quality control inspection of finished work prior to shipment
  • Solicit and document customer feedback on WCS products and service
  • Participate in customer development initiatives

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Assist with WCS Warehouse tasks as needed, including but not limited to: product receiving, quality control inspection, physical inventory
  • Assist with WCS involvement in local events

 

Desired Skills and Traits:

  • Desire/ability to multi-task
  • PC proficiency – MS Office/QuickBooks

  • Experience with custom printing (screen print & dye sublimation) process
