Warranty/Guarantee Information

All products sold by World Cup Supply carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. WCS, it’s affiliates and agents make no expressed or implied warranty beyond that of that original manufacture and the terms under which they off it. All other products sold by WCS carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the item purchased fails, does not perform to specification, or does not meet your expectations please call us (800-555-0593) and we’ll work out a solution.

SPM Products

SPM gate hinges and bases carry warranty against breakage for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

SPM Gold Fusion® gate shafts carry a warranty against breakage for a period of six months from the date of purchase.

All warranty returns of SPM hinges, bases and shafts must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is obtained by calling WCS (800-555-0593) prior to shipping the broken items back to us. If the broken items cannot be returned we require photo documentation.

Broken shafts will only be replaced when lot numbers are provided (stamped into the top and bottom of each shaft). WCS maintains records of lot numbers for each shaft sold and will verify the age of the shaft prior to shipping replacements.
