ShippingWe do not offer online ordering: WCS makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours. You will be notified when you place your order if there are any backordered items. WCS does not make substitutions for back ordered items. We ship all orders via FedEx Ground service unless otherwise requested. A physical address is required for all shipments. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid as part of the total order prior to shipment. Customers shipping to destinations outside the US are responsible for all import duty and taxes. Shipping to CanadaWe ship orders to Canada via FedEx International Ground service unless otherwise requested. Canadian import duty, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. As a Non-Resident Importer into Canada, WCS will calculate and remit to Revenue Canada all duty, taxes and fees and will include these amounts (plus freight) in the total balance due prior to shipment. All WCS prices are expressed in US Dollars. Other International ShipmentsWCS is able to ship pretty much anywhere in the world! We’ll provide a quote in advance and prepare and manage the paperwork required for import once the order is confirmed/invoiced. Call or send us an email for more information or a quote. Payment Terms/PricingWe accept VISA, MasterCard & American Express and offer terms with prior credit approval. A deposit of 50% is required for custom orders before production will begin. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing errors contained in the WCS catalog will be corrected at the time of order. All prices are stated in US dollars and all invoices are due and payable in US dollars unless otherwise arranged. ReturnsClean, unused merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund if returned within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning merchandise for any reason. All returns must be shipped prepaid (we suggest insurance as well) to the following address: World Cup Supply, Inc., 3 Ely Road, Fairlee, VT 05045. Returns shipped without an RMA number will be charged a $75 restocking fee. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice along with any special instructions inside the package. SPM Gold Fusion® gate shafts carry a warranty against breakage for a period of six months from the date of purchase. All warranty returns of SPM hinges, bases and shafts must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is obtained by calling WCS (800-555-0593) prior to shipping the broken items back to us. If the broken items cannot be returned we require photo documentation. Broken shafts will only be replaced when lot numbers are provided (stamped into the top and bottom of each shaft). WCS maintains records of lot numbers for each shaft sold and will verify the age of the shaft prior to shipping replacements. All other products sold by WCS carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
